All project files and personal data are stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Client footage and deliverables are retained for 30 days after project completion, after which they are permanently deleted unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

By engaging Framevora Motions LLC for any video editing or post-production service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms govern all projects, orders, and communications between you and Framevora Motions LLC.

2. Services

Framevora Motions LLC provides professional video editing, short-form and YouTube video editing, social media video editing, corporate and promotional video editing, motion graphics, color correction and grading, audio enhancement, subtitles and captions, video resizing and formatting, and digital post-production. All services are delivered remotely and digitally.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders must be confirmed in writing (email or order form). Payment is due as specified in the project invoice. We reserve the right to pause or withhold delivery of completed work until payment is received in full.

4. Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as agreed upon at the time of order. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing all necessary footage, assets, brand guidelines, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by late asset delivery may affect project timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full rights to the final delivered video files. Framevora Motions LLC retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client materials and project details as confidential. We will not share, distribute, or publish your raw footage or project files without your explicit written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Framevora Motions LLC's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.

Refund Policy

1. Overview

Framevora Motions LLC is committed to delivering high-quality video editing and post-production services. Because our work is custom and digital in nature, our refund policy reflects the effort and resources invested in each project.

2. Before Work Begins

If you cancel your order before any editing work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@framevoramotions.com.

3. After Work Has Begun

Once editing work has started, refunds are issued on a pro-rated basis depending on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. No refund will be issued once the final deliverable has been sent to the client.

4. Revision Process

We encourage clients to use the included revision rounds to address any concerns with the delivered work before requesting a refund. Refund requests will not be accepted as a substitute for the revision process.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: the client provided incorrect, incomplete, or unusable assets; the client changed the project scope after work began; the final file was delivered and downloaded by the client; or the client simply changed their mind after delivery.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with the delivered work, please contact us at support@framevoramotions.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any issues before a refund is considered.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
